In this unemployment compensation case, petitioner, John E. Davis (claimant), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) which dismissed his administrative appeal from a hearing officers adverse decision. Claimants administrative appeal to the Panel was not timely filed, and the Panel ruled that good cause had not been shown for permitting the untimely appeal. We set aside the order and remand for further proceedings.
