This interlocutory appeal was filed by the prosecution after the district court granted the defendants motion to suppress certain statements which he made in the course of a custodial interrogation by the police. The defendant, Hoyt Allen Harris, is charged with first-degree burglary. At the conclusion of the suppression hearing, the district court ruled that defendants statements to police officers after he was arrested were elicited in violation of the procedural safeguards set forth in Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966). We affirm the ruling of the district court.
